Enables us to offer telephone support to young people at risk of loneliness and poor mental health, speaking in confidence to a Mental Health First Aid-trained support worker.
Gives a young person access to an in-person one-to-one support session, with a tea or coffee and someone who understands what it's like to struggle with mental health.
Could provide five young people with a wellbeing Wolf-Pack containing healthy snacks and drinks, puzzles, vital mental health resources and means to access further support.
Provides funding for up to three support groups, where young people gain direct support alongside their peers, make new connections and build resilience against loneliness.
Every penny donated through our fundraising pages comes straight to us, helping fund telephone support, one-to-one sessions, wellbeing packs and support groups for young people across Nottinghamshire.
